A NEW ERA AS THE NEIGHBORHOOD’S GATHERING SPOT.

The SALLY is a modern American small plates cocktail-centric restaurant/lounge inspired by French trained Chef Ricardo Planas. Located in the DuPont Circle area within the Fairfax at Embassy Row hotel, The SALLY provides locally sourced produce and beef from the DuPont Circle Farmer’s Market and Liberty Delight Farms of Reisterstown Maryland. Chef’s plates are meant for diners to order two or three per person to share. Join us in The SALLY to relax and unwind with a local craft beer or signature cocktail.

Chef’s menu will rotate frequently based upon the seasonal produce availability of the Mid-Atlantic region.

HOURS: 5PM – 10PM for dining, bar open until midnight

Sally Fairfax

WHO IS SALLY?

Sally Cary Fairfax was the wife of George William Fairfax, a prominent member of the landed gentry of late colonial Virginia. As such, she was mistress of the Virginia plantation and estate of Belvoir. Evidently, Sally Fairfax was quite the social debutante and thought to be quite the catch during her time.
