This fusion restaurant and cocktail bar is part of the recently renovated Fairfax at Embassy Row hotel. The menu focuses on local products, including produce sourced from the weekly Dupont Circle farmers market. Chef Ricardo Planas has developed dishes including ahi tuna, saffron potato gnocchi, strip loin steak from Liberty Delight Farms in Baltimore County and other hearty and seasonal eats.
